Mike Perry - Lead Trumpet

Michael Perry, a Guilderland native now residing in Amsterdam, holds a B.S. in Music Education from SUNY at Potsdam and a M.S. in Music Education from the College of St. Rose.

In the early 80's, Michael spent four years studying trumpet and teaching music in the Dallas, TX area. He is currently employed in Amsterdam where he directs Symphonic Band and Jazz Band as well as assisting with the marching band. In addition to this, he teaches privately and performs for wedding ceremonies and church functions in the tri-state area.

Upon returming to NY in 1986, Michael has played in several local bands including The Revelairs (Polka), Alex Torres and the Latin Kings (Salsa), Out of the Blues (R&B), and Into the Night (Top 40's).
